§ 157.374. WELFARE OF CHILD. Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter, the court may render an appropriate temporary order if there is a serious immediate question concerning the welfare of the child. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, § 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
