§ 158.008. PRIORITY OF WITHHOLDING. An order or writ of withholding has priority over any garnishment, attachment, execution, or other assignment or order affecting disposable earnings. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, § 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
