§ 158.208. EMPLOYER MAY COMBINE AMOUNTS WITHHELD. An employer required to withhold from more than one obligor may combine the amounts withheld and make a single payment to each agency designated if the employer separately identifies the amount of the payment that is attributable to each obligor. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, § 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
