§ 158.212. IMPROPER PAYMENT. An employer who remits a payment to an incorrect office or person shall remit the payment to the agency or person identified in the order of withholding not later than the second business day after the date the employer receives the returned payment. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 556, § 29, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
