§ 162.106. COMPACT AUTHORITY. (a) The governor shall
appoint the executive director of the Department of Protective and
Regulatory Services as compact administrator.
(b) The executive director shall designate a deputy compact
administrator and staff necessary to execute the terms of the
compact in this state.
