§ 162.205. PAYMENTS BY STATE. The compact administrator, subject to the approval of the chief state fiscal officer, may make or arrange for payments necessary to discharge financial obligations imposed on this state by the compact or by a supplementary agreement entered into under the compact. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 846, § 9, eff. June 16, 1995.
