§ 201.002. QUALIFICATIONS. To be eligible for appointment as an associate judge, a person must meet the requirements and qualifications to serve as a judge of the court or courts for which the associate judge is appointed. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, § 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
