§ 201.017. IMMUNITY. An associate judge appointed under this subchapter has the judicial immunity of a district judge. All existing immunity granted an associate judge by law, express or implied, continues in full force and effect. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, § 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
