§ 264.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:
(1) "Department" means the Department of Family and
Protective Services.
(2) "Commission" means the Health and Human Services
Commission.
(3) "Executive commissioner" means the executive
commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.
(4) "Residential child-care facility" has the meaning
assigned by Section 42.002, Human Resources Code.
