§ 264.013. EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION WITH OTHER
STATES. Subject to the availability of funds, the department shall
enter into agreements with other states to allow for the exchange of
information relating to a child for whom the department is or was
the managing conservator. The information may include the child's
health passport and education passport.
