§ 3.304. NOTICE OF HEARING; CITATION. (a) Notice of the hearing, accompanied by a copy of the petition, shall be issued and served on the attorney representing the respondent, if an attorney has been appointed. (b) If an attorney has not been appointed for the respondent, citation shall be issued and served on the respondent as in other civil cases. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, § 1, eff. April 17, 1997.
