§ 3.308. RECORDING ORDER TO AFFECT REAL PROPERTY. An order authorized by this subchapter affecting real property is not constructive notice to a good faith purchaser for value or to a creditor without actual notice unless the order is recorded in the deed records of the county in which the real property is located. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, § 1, eff. April 17, 1997.
