§ 58.105. DUTIES OF JUVENILE BOARD.  Each juvenile board 
shall provide for:
		(1)  the compilation and maintenance of records and 
information needed for reporting information to the department 
under this subchapter;
		(2)  the transmittal to the department, in the manner 
provided by the department, of all records and information required 
by the department under this subchapter;  and
		(3)  access by the department to inspect records and 
information to determine the completeness and accuracy of 
information reported.
