§ 58.111. LOCAL DATA ADVISORY BOARDS. The commissioners court of each county may create a local data advisory board to perform the same duties relating to the juvenile justice information system as the duties performed by a local data advisory board in relation to the criminal history record system under Article 60.09, Code of Criminal Procedure. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 262, § 53, eff. Jan. 1, 1996.
