§ 6.703. JURY. In a suit for dissolution of a marriage, either party may demand a jury trial unless the action is a suit to annul an underage marriage under Section 6.101 or 6.102. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 7, § 1, eff. April 17, 1997.
