§ 11.108. SUNSET PROVISION. The finance commission is subject to Chapter 325, Government Code (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the commission is abolished September 1, 2013. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
