§ 12.102. DEPUTY BANKING COMMISSIONERS. (a) The banking
commissioner shall appoint one or more deputy banking commissioners
as necessary to the efficient operation of the department. The
banking commissioner shall prescribe the qualifications and duties
of a deputy banking commissioner.
(b) During the banking commissioner's absence or inability
to serve, a deputy banking commissioner has the powers and shall
perform the duties of the banking commissioner.
