§ 126.452. NOTIFICATION TO COMMISSIONER OF PROPOSED LIQUIDATION. Not later than the fifth day after the date on which the board's resolution recommending voluntary dissolution is adopted, the board's presiding officer shall notify the commissioner in writing of the reasons for the proposed liquidation. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
