§ 126.458. APPLICATION OF LAW TO CREDIT UNION IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION. A credit union in the process of voluntary dissolution and liquidation remains subject to this subtitle and Chapter 15, including provisions for examination by the commissioner, and the credit union shall furnish reports as required by the commissioner. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 533, § 55, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
