§ 13.012. SUNSET PROVISION. The office of savings and loan commissioner and the Savings and Loan Department are subject to Chapter 325, Government Code (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the office and department are abolished September 1, 2013. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
