§ 15.104. FISCAL REPORT. (a) The department shall
annually prepare a complete and detailed written report accounting
for all money received and disbursed by the department during the
preceding year.
(b) The report must meet the reporting requirements
applicable to financial reporting provided by the General
Appropriations Act.
