§ 15.209. MEETINGS. (a) The commission shall hold at
least two regular meetings each year.
(b) The chairman, the commissioner, or five commission
members may call a special meeting of the commission.
(c) The commission shall adopt reasonable rules governing a
meeting, including rules relating to the:
(1) time and place of a meeting;
(2) conduct of a meeting; and
(3) form of the minutes.
(d) The commission is subject to the:
(1) open meetings law, Chapter 551, Government Code;
and
(2) administrative procedure law, Chapter 2001,
Government Code.
