§ 154.202. EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN CONJUNCTION WITH 
APPLICATION FOR POLICY.  An insurance-funded prepaid funeral 
benefits contract must be executed in conjunction with the 
application for the issuance of the insurance policy.
