§ 154.203. PAYMENT OF PREMIUMS.  (a) A seller shall remit 
to the insurance company the premiums collected for an insurance 
policy that funds prepaid funeral benefits not later than the 30th 
day after the date of collection.
	(b)  The department may require evidence of payment of 
premiums on an insurance policy used to create a fund to guarantee 
prepaid funeral benefits.
