§ 32.303. RIGHTS OF DISSENTERS FROM MERGER.  A 
shareholder, participant, or participant-transferee may dissent 
from the merger to the extent, and by following the procedure 
provided, by the Texas Business Corporation Act or any rules 
adopted under this subtitle.
