§ 33.004. APPEAL FROM ADVERSE DECISION. (a) If a hearing has been held, the banking commissioner has entered an order denying the application, and the order has become final, the proposed transferee may appeal the order by filing a petition for judicial review. (b) The filing of an appeal under this section does not stay the order of the banking commissioner. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
