§ 343.205. PREPAYMENT PENALTIES PROHIBITED. A lender may not make a high-cost home loan containing a provision for a prepayment penalty. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 622, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
