§ 36.110. AUTHORIZATION OF DEVIATION FROM 
PROCEDURES.  The banking commissioner may authorize a deviation 
from the procedures for voluntary dissolution in this subchapter if 
the banking commissioner determines that the interests of claimants 
are not jeopardized by the deviation.
