§ 396.303. BONA FIDE ERROR. A registered agency does not violate this chapter if the action complained of resulted from a bona fide error that occurred notwithstanding the use of reasonable procedures to avoid the error. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1023, § 73, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
