§ 64.041. PENALTY FOR PREPAYMENT OR LATE PAYMENT. An association may charge a penalty for a prepayment of or late payment on a loan. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
