§ 64.062. ADVANCES ARE LIEN ON PROPERTY. A payment under Section 64.061 is a lien against the real property that secures the loan for which it is made. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
