§ 66.001. GENERAL DUTIES. The Savings and Loan Department and the commissioner shall regulate associations and subsidiaries of associations operating under this subtitle. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
