§ 66.110. STAY OF SUPERVISORY ORDER. (a) A temporary supervisory order may not be stayed pending a hearing unless the commissioner orders a stay. (b) A final supervisory order may not be stayed pending judicial review unless the reviewing court orders a stay for good cause. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
