§ 66.310. DEPOSIT OF MONEY BY LIQUIDATING AGENT. The liquidating agent shall deposit all unclaimed dividends and all money available for nonclaiming depositors and creditors in one or more state-chartered financial institutions for the benefit of the depositors and creditors entitled to the dividends or money.
