§ 67.304. COMMISSIONER'S AUTHORITY TO ISSUE ORDERS. The commissioner may issue an order against a foreign association holding a certificate of authority in the same manner provided by Chapter 66 for issuance of an order against a domestic association. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
