§ 89.001. APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER 4, BUSINESS & COMMERCE CODE. Chapter 4, Business & Commerce Code, applies to an association with respect to an item paid, collected, settled, negotiated, or otherwise handled by the association for a customer.
