§ 92.157. MEETINGS OF MEMBERS OR SHAREHOLDERS.  (a) The 
members or shareholders of a savings bank shall hold an annual 
meeting at the time fixed in the savings bank's bylaws.
	(b)  A special meeting may be called as provided by the 
savings bank's bylaws.
