§ 92.207. LIMITATION ON ISSUANCE OF SECURITIES.  A 
savings bank may issue a form of stock, share, account, or 
investment certificate only as authorized by this subtitle or as 
permitted for a national bank, federal savings and loan 
association, federal savings bank, or state bank.
