§ 92.551. INAPPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter does not apply to a conversion, reorganization, merger, consolidation, or voluntary liquidation under Subchapter F, G, H, J, or K. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
