§ 96.161. COST OF CONSERVATORSHIP. (a) The commissioner shall determine the cost of the conservatorship. (b) The cost of the conservatorship shall be paid from the savings bank's assets as the commissioner directs. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
