§ 2166.255. AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. A contract may not be awarded for an amount greater than the amount that the comptroller certifies to be available for the project. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995. Amended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1422, § 9.08, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
