§ 411.011. ASSISTANCE OF STATE EDUCATIONAL
INSTITUTIONS. (a) The University of Texas and all other
state-supported educational institutions shall:
(1) cooperate with the department in carrying out this
chapter;
(2) assist in the giving of instruction in the
training schools conducted by the bureau of education; and
(3) assist the bureau of identification and records in
making necessary chemical tests and analyses and in making
statistical analyses, charts, and reports of law enforcement and
violations of law.
(b) The commission and the president of the educational
institution called on for assistance shall agree on and arrange the
nature and extent of the assistance.
