§ 411.0222. ELIGIBILITY FOR PROMOTION. Except as provided by Section 411.0223, an officer of the Texas Rangers is eligible for promotion only if the officer has served in the next lower position for at least two years before the date of promotion. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 790, § 12, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
