§ 411.066. JURISDICTION. The municipal court of a municipality and the justice courts of a county in which an offense under Section 411.065 was committed have concurrent original jurisdiction over such an offense. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 790, § 14, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
