§ 411.091. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION:
TEXAS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE COMMISSION. (a) The Texas Alcoholic
Beverage Commission is entitled to obtain from the department
criminal history record information maintained by the department
that the commission believes is necessary for the enforcement or
administration of the Alcoholic Beverage Code.
(b) Criminal history record information obtained by the
commission under Subsection (a)(1) may be used only for the
enforcement and administration of the Alcoholic Beverage Code.
(c) Repealed by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, § 14.753,
eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
