§ 411.0915. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION OF POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS: TEXAS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE COMMISSION. The commission is entitled to receive criminal history record information, without charge, from any political subdivision of this state. Information obtained may only be used by the commission for the enforcement of the Alcoholic Beverage Code. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 790, § 35, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
