§ 411.093. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION:  
TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATION.  The Texas 
Department of Licensing and Regulation is entitled to obtain from 
the department criminal history record information maintained the 
department that relates to a person who is:
		(1)  an applicant for a license, certificate, 
registration, title, or permit issued by the department;  or
		(2)  the holder of a license, certificate, 
registration, title, or permit issued by the department.
