§ 51.802. PLACE OF FILING. The place of filing is the receiving station designated by the district or county clerk or the clerk of the court of appeals to which electronic information is transmitted. Added by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 148, § 2.67(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
