§ 107.004. REPORT. The task force shall submit a biennial report on the progress of the department in accomplishing the goals described by Section 107.002 to the governor, lieutenant governor, and speaker of the house of representatives. This report may be combined with any other report required of the department by law. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1434, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
