§ 11.011. MEETINGS. (a) The board shall meet in the city
of Austin or in other places fixed by the board.
(b) The board shall meet at least once each calendar quarter
on dates determined by the board and shall hold special meetings at
the call of the chairman. The chairman shall give timely notice to
each member of any special meeting.
(c) A meeting of a board committee shall be held in
compliance with Chapter 551, Government Code.
(d) Four members of the board constitute a quorum.
